There are tons of WordPress plugins that allow you to set up you privacy policy or cookie consent scripts. With GeneratePress Premium, though, you have the ability to hook any script into your website including privacy/cookie scripts.

You can use external sites like PrivacyPolicies, Cookie Script, etc and set up your policies the way you want. After you follow the simple steps that each site might incorporate, you just copy the code and paste it inside a GP hook element.

Set the hook to wp_footer and make sure you make the script available for the entire site:
